Exhorbitantly Long Queue Times / Incorrect Timers

When submitting a bug report, please use the below template and thoroughly fill out the necessary information.

Date & Time: Multiple days, any time other than prime time
Frequency: often, practically always
World name: Doesn't matter, have had this happen on multiple worlds on multiple data centerss (Primal, Crystal, and Aether)
Character name: Doesn't matter, have had this happen on multiple characters
Class/Level: Multiple classes, roughly level 85-99
Party or solo: Solo, que'ing for party

Steps:
1. Queue for Alliance Raid roulette, either as role in need or as the role with the shortest queue time
2. See queue time varying from "less than 5 minutes" to "20 minutes"
3. Queue still has not popped over an hour later
4. Queue still has not popped nearly two hours later.
5. Log out and play another MMO that works. WoW doesn't have this problem. SWTOR doesn't have this problem. ESO doesn't have this problem.

This might be less painful if you could queue for multiple queues at once (like WoW does), but as is, this makes the game mode literally unplayable.

Please fix your game. I want to enjoy it, but at this point I'm going to have to go enjoy your competitor's games that actually work instead.
