I remember in an old video from Larryzaur (I think I spelled that right) when he played BRD and mentioned playing a song to restore mana for the healer. It was played as a joke, but it got me interested in this type of dynamics.
Also after trying Genshin for a bit, I really like how you can switch between different elements to create inventive ways to defeat the enemies. Like using a Hydro char and afterwards a Cryo char, can cause the enemy to freeze.
Now I am not saying they would need to impliment this, but giving Jobs cool interactive moments that could very from, safe to high risk, high reward would stir up the gameplay and give into new ways to approach fights. Do you want to just clear? Go safe. Do you want a high damage? Go high risk, high reward! Do you want to speedrun? Find the best combos for it!
