Regarding point 5 from YoshiP's FTB letter: please make cipher costs cheaper

If the net effect of the changes to be implemented means we can potentially go into Fork Tower more than 3 times in a 3-hour period, I'm gonna beg that the cost of a sanguine cipher be achievable during the Knowledge Level recovery process, i.e. about 200-300 silver, i.e. 1 CE and 2 fates.

600 silver currently is acceptable because as of today (before emergency patch) you can squeeze in about 3 CEs before the next FT availability window shows up, and that's 200 silver each, plus the fates and stuff we do between CEs means that we can get a sanguine cipher before the next FT spawns.

If you are serious about getting into FT, you should be spending gold to get ciphers not silvers. Silver is worth more than Gold, funny enough.

I get 3 cyphers worth of gold between pots fate spawning. Just get your cannoneer job and create a pf group and have someone pull with the thief occult sprint.
You can farm for treasures, gold and pot in one go.

Can't you just do 3 CEs after failing FT in the instance, then go out and queue again? When the weather will be spawning soon after getting into the instance, wouldn't it maybe still be faster than waiting till the next weather as how it is now?

Technically, but people want to save up silver not for ciphers but to gear up their classes for Forked Tower. 800 silver is like... 30 minutes of silver farming? You need 4000 for each piece from the vendor, then 3600 silver + 4800 gold pieces for each piece upgrade after that. 800 silver per cipher is a massive chunk out of that gearing process.
