Roulette issues + suggestions

I think the issue lies elswhere: People treat roulettes as "random dungeon wheel" that they do purely for fun. When it is clearly game's way to fill up queues for people who queue for particular duties, thats why you get rewards for the roulettes.
Thats why i think the solution is to rename current routlettes into for example "leveling daily duty" and have in the description the purpose of the duty. Up to consideration if full premade would be blocked. Of course such duty would put massive priority on people queueing for regular duties.
On top of that i think introducing a proper "dungeon/raid roulette" that would just be the for fun would be cool (im not implying regular roulettes cant be fun, but its about the main purpose)

We understand that roulettes exist to help other players while rewarding us, but so many of us are just not doing them anymore unless we really need the reward because it feels like such a chore to get through. The fact is that CT is mandatory now but everything else isn't, so we're all stuck with people who used to force CT by stripping down or never unlocking anything else more than sprouts genuinely running the content.


I think locking the roulette if you haven't unlocked the relevant content for your level is fair. They do it with Expert and the other one that used to be in Expert, but isn't anymore for some reason. Just give us a chance to get something different than CT, and if a sprout is running it then we run it, no complaints from me. But I'm sick of being in a group of 24 lvl100s and somehow getting Labyrinth of the Ancients yet again.

Hmm that do be true, i guess putting requirement of item level to match the job level and duties unlocked would be a decent solution. To be completely honest, i have stopped doing alliance/msq roulette unless im with some friends, you got a point
