The MSQ roulette is honestly a lost cause, I don’t know why they wasted time changing it from the old 8 man prae to the current. They learned their lesson and never did that design again for the MSQ and should just cut their losses and make all of that a solo duty like lahabrea

As for alliance alliance should just function like the level 100/expert roulette, if you have the capacity to have a raid unlocked but you don’t you just can’t access the roulette. Once you get to say ShB if you don’t unlock nier then you just can’t do the alliance roulette
