Yea it would, i already blacklisted so many player, do you know how annoying it would be when now everyone comes with his twink? Let me Blacklist a complet Account and im not against Alt Support, but with the current Blacklist it would be way to annoying for Trolls and Idiots.

the blacklist already does blacklist the entire account of the character you blacklist.

Yea then im fine with Support for Alts, but i still think stuff like that wont happen, i mean lets be real they still didnt fix the Gearing System for "1 Character" so i really dont see any kind of Alt Support coming in the next few Years.

And dont forget they are loosing Money if they do it, but i really wish Glamour atleast would be Accountwide.

I'm not expecting them to go full throttle as nice as it would be, I'm just hoping at minimum for them to add some way to be able transfer items to other characters (via mail (have all characters on an account be added to your friends list automatically so they don't have to change how mail currently works), account wide bank, something like that) since i have 23 characters atm i can't have them all in a FC together and utilize the chest (which i do for the ones that share a server with my main), they wouldn't lose money with something like that.

I'm a solo player so i can't ask someone to help me move stuff, and since my main is currently done (all classes maxed, all quests complete, all reps maxed) i like to use her to support my lowbies with whatever i feel like working on them at the time (like leveling, msq, GC dailies, glam, fashion report) because while we're in between patches I find more fun in playing around with my alts than doing the endgame grinds. and I totally want to take advantage of the fact that I have 2 characters that can supply my alts with mats, BIS gear and cute glams.

games that have been around longer (wow) and have smaller funding and support (swtor) have had tons of alt support for ages, with how popular xiv is it shouldn't be that strange of a request for for some here too, especially since there appears to be a collection-esce system for glams in the mobile version.

I'm just glad to see i'm not the only one with an alt problem! there's just something so fun about it

Alts should automatically be on your friends list and tenants of your house (without using up a slot) imo. I don't see how this loses SE anything. If anything, SE makes more money on alt characters because pretty much all of the outfits on the online store are for one character only, so you have to buy them again if you want them for an alt. Being able to mail your alts or have them share your home (something they promised us ages ago that hasn't materialized) is just QOL.

Thankfully I have my main alt on my friends list so it's not an issue for me, but this is something that should have been added years ago for everyone.

I wish that bug was back for a little bit... I really want to get my alts on my friends list



Edit: I didn't know it was already a thing back in HW. I was only aware of when it happened for a short time during ShB, I think it was? Meoni made a video about it back in the day, but I was already late to the party.
