Am I gonna have to pay an extra $18 for the privilege of getting a set of very slightly modified ARR gear in a specific color that could've just been dyed? Am I gonna have to pay an extra $18 to get every single permutation of that outfit as a one-piece?

This legitimately feels like an insult to the community at large, and should be treated as such. Charging $42 for a full mogstation outfit that, by the way, isn't even account-wide, if you want it on a different character, you still need to buy the whole damn $42 outfit again, should be legitimately unthinkable. They do this shit and then wonder why people just mod the outfits onto their characters. The mogstation team gets to be this inexcusably greedy while the money this game and its subs rake in get misappropriated by SE to fund whatever their next game that takes ten years to develop and will be DOA will be. Something's gotta change, and they're only gonna change when they see sales go down.
It should be a breaking point but I doubt it will be. I was thinking on everything Dawntrail has done wrong but I think for me this is truly tone-deaf after the recent LL.
