Give is abilities to removing belts from equipment seriously?

1. Give os an ability to remove belts from outfits, pants/jackets/shirts and more... often it seriously conflict with gear sets and if you want to mix and match two different items and more.

Like you can switch off visirs/hats-helmets, give us a solution to tab off belts.

Also I don't get why the mockery for making cash shop items with more belts... are FFXIV going to fit in with some kind of stereotype or something?

TBH, most ppl have been wanting a simple version of a lot of gear with tons of chains, gems, full capes, ribbons, and bits of fabric added to random tops and pants. I feel like the main reason is that due to how FFXIV handled armor sets, you need an alt version of the clean set, and that adds more work for SE to fit on everyone again.

We once had simple gear and belts were a seperate visual item which appearence changed depending on what belt you had equipped (this was back in version 1.0). That actually limited gear design though in that the development team had to design gear that belts looked right on and did not clip.

Removing belts' visual appearence (and rolling it into the actual gear) was a design choice the development team chose early on, and as belts have been completely removed from the game now as gear, I do not see them changing this.

Instead of fantasy clothing and local clothing fitting each city state. (discounting solution 9 now)

All the glam is:

A) Harajuku teen fashion wear
B) 90's retro snowboard / rave wear
C) Japanese street fashion meets final beltasy XIV with MAXIMUM BELT COVERAGE

At this phase, I don't care if you give us modern clothing since that threshold has been crossed. But for the love of god, how about something else than Tokyo Streetwear for once?
