This article just seems like a repeat of the other post you made since they based it on the same source material.
I don't think it matters that much for him to juggle other producer roles because that's effectively managing a spreadsheet of resource and budget assignments. It is more of a problem if he also directs them, because that's the more hands-on role. He had someone else directing FF16 so that his focus could still primarily be FF14. And the height of these complaints was during Endwalker, when FF16 was about finished so the developers wouldn't have been very busy with it anymore.
