Yeah that was last patch. Sure makes farming megolcrab shells (when you are not much higher rank than the crab) easier. Just run through crab and as soon as you exit his butt.. BAM Trunksplitter II, rinse and repeat.

And this IS preperation for the next patch. Remember its two patches a month, smaller patch early in the money to deal with some bugs, issues and maybe a change or two. Then a few weeks later a larger patch with some content.

Only the Tsuma/Quake/Nuclear Disaster set them back by two weeks.
