They don't have budget for raiders either. Where's our Criterion Dungeons? Where's the next Chaotic? Why was the next Ultimate delayed?

We don't know anything. SE never confirmed a second DT ulti and I also feel like its unlikely. Everyone saying it will happen is making assumptions.

An expectation based on previous expansions. Missing the second ultimate in shb is something the devs have apologized for and it happened because of pandemic disruptions.

I mean you can play lawyer all you want but this 'delivering only the bare minimum of promises' is exactly what yoship has acknowledged as the reason of the decline in quality.
