Starting to think this is just a perspective some people have where they see the nuts and bolts as repetitive. Most likely seeing a door and gate would be repetitive to some people because they focus on the fact that both have hinges. Seeing a cup and plate would be samey to some people because both are made of the same material and both are circular in some way. A pizza and a quiche would be the same to some people because both have dough.

Many players do not have a problem with this and enjoy the fights in this game. Myself and everyone I've met in the game has been having fun with the raids. It's really about how you perceive things at the end of the day.

That's an interesting suggestion, Jeeqbit, but I think it's wrong. My experience is that as one moves through FFXIV, the dungeons begin with commendable variation, then become increasingly formulaic.

I can tell the difference between pâte brisée and pizza dough, and like both. But I don't want pizza every day. I imagine for those who really like pizza, FFXIV can get away with just switching the toppings.

Perhaps the bigger issue is that a many players regard dungeons and trials as annoyances to be negotiated so that they can continue with the story, and otherwise avoid instanced PvE.

As I still wait for the official translation of the live letter, I do want to Thank Yoshida and his team for all their hard work. I do hope they adjust some of the content down a little to make it more accessible to people not all of us are Darksouls hunger people. some of us work full time jobs and want to have fun. we only get a few hours a day to play and would like to enjoy ourselves. I am happy for the Buns and big cats finally getting hat power.

Things I wish to say.
1. do I like the 4-ish month drought between patches? No I don't but I do understand them.
2. I want to see hard content for the blood thirst people? yes though I mat never touch it they deserve something they like as well.
3. For those who got upset that changes maybe coming to content to make it more accessible to other people, please stop gate keeping content, the game is to be fun for all not a minority of people.
4 In the end of it all, please be respectful to everyone, let people have fun. Understand the Dev team and Yoshida are human and people too they have limits on what they can do.

I swear Blizzard is looking at SE and is laughing very hard. All they had to do is release content, but no they took a 3 years break with EW followed by DT which is worse than shadowlands.

Given their recent moves of adding an absolutely fire housing system, npc dungeons, and a ton of casual content blizzard is no longer holding back. They're going for their competitors jugular. Just like with the mounts they took from GW2 and improved on blizzard is nothing if not good at innovating. If XIV wants to continue to be squares cash cow they need to innovate.

Provided you use Gruyère you'll be just fine. I switch out the bacon for smoked salmon.

I don't wish the team ill that's for sure.

I know they can do better for these odd number patches.

I'm rooting for our games success. I want the team to live up to the potential I know they are capable of 7.2 was great and if they could just push one more piece of content into 7.3 I think it'll be pretty good too.. Or maybe the relic weapon and Deep dungeon play a role together and if that's true then that combined gameplay would suffice.
