The devs waited ~45 days before 7.3 to announce there is no Ulti. This kind of information should be given when the Savage tier releases, as a sign of respect for players' time. OP has every right to ask for more transparency, and they are not entitled by any means. It's a clear move to ensure the Savage tier doesn't lose players.

(I'd still be fine with this, if it didn't take up to 4 months to get 2 weapons, or 7 weeks to get BiS)
