Hi guys. Just wondering, what would be the best way of getting all the camps/aetherites in the game?
Level 45 Archer/Bard atm, and wouldnt mind getting them all, tho i'm finding some very hard to get to - high level mobs and all....
Cheers.

Need a team mate willing to die for you while they pull some mobs away so you can get some aetherytes.
You can walk past most mobs without aggro.
some detect by sound only so just walk
But my way is cooler, knowing you have a buddy that will take a bullet for you.
Alot of them are soloable (at least I was able to, with some patience) but it does help alot to have someone, if not yourself, who can use Hallowed Ground and pull the path clear for you until they leash the monsters or something haha. I used a guide on XIV Pads to give me tips on what to look out for and what the best routes to the gates were, as well as what monsters aggro'd to which was the most usefull thing by far.
Bottom line, though. Some of them I could not solo, due to lack of patience. I had to use a PLD friend with Hallowed Ground for a few. Tip: "True Sound" or whatever you want to call it, aggro radius is reduced during the rain. As far as I can tell, anyways. I found it alot easier to sneak past boars in narrow Black Shroud corridors when it was raining. ;3
Wow, quick replies, nice to see. Thank you guys...
Jin... i loved that, ty...
Pops, ty for the link... some good reading coming up..
Was gonna link that guide, but he beat me to it. Good luck!! And remember, lots of patience!
It's all soloable, I did the shroud solo and the rest with a good friend.
The shroud is by far the hardest, followed by Coerthas probably.
Just remember that some of the mobs have moved. Lichenweed in the shroud is a cakewalk if you follow the red line on the guide.
