The difference is that alliance raids aren't high-end duties (except for CAR), and if they were 8 full premades going into the raid, you just straight up wouldn't get let in by the video game. You know, like CAR, where if you don't read a guide when the PF says you should, you will rightfully get kicked. Sure, it's public content, but you're leeching off of the organizer's efforts because otherwise, you wouldn't even get in lol. Again, soccer court. If two teams are playing a game, you don't just randomly start kicking the ball even if the court is public, because they organized a game and you didn't sign up, even if the court is public.

This isn't a PF, its a random entry system. If square wanted it to be a PF, then they would have done so. It isn't. Its like having a raid you can randomly queue into, that is what it is. Deal with it or quit. Harassing and griefing players is against TOS, and you will be handled accordingly. End of the story.

No not happen, i violate the ToS with Toxic behaviour on a daily base and get daily reported, not once did something happen, sorry to tell you but square doesnt really care, they do once a year something to set a example and thats it xD

I hate to say it but they're right. If you don't believe them then report the toxic players and see what happens. Nothing. It's not worth the time, just blacklist like a normal person and move on. Meanwhile, I said the 4-letter "F word" a single time in say chat in casual conversation and I got in huge trouble with SE because someone in ERPville (Limsa Lominsa) decided it was too much for their fragile sensitivities and filed a report.

I'm not trying to shatter anyone's illusion, but SE doesn't care about anyone - not their players, not their employees, and sometimes I wonder if they even care about themselves. You can tell that they went into partial maintenance mode after EndWalker (6.0) was completed because everything since then has been half-effort, half-baked, shonen-pilled, tone-deaf, and a number of other hyphenated adjectives or adverbs I can't think of atm. It's a shame really. The core gameplay and things that make the game fun are systems that were designed by developers who loved and cared about the game over a decade ago. That system is still being used by the ones who don't anymore, so it gives the illusion that they do when in reality they honestly find any negative feedback an annoyance rather than a barometer. It feels like the dev team now are just "the new guard" struggling to get by while the "old guard" lord over them in lofty positions they were "promoted to" while doing zero actual work. And it shows immensely in the poor quality release after release after patch after patch. And it's not going to stop anytime soon. Such is the business culture in Japan.
