There is a bug with the Enhanced Kassatsu trait that gives NINs access to Hyosho Ranyu and Goka Mekkyaku where upon activating these Ninjutsus, the GCD will start to progress then reset back to 0. This appears to be associated with the Ninjutsu button reverting from Hyosho/Goka back into Ninjutsu. However, this does not happen with standard Ninjutsus.

To briefly explain, when you perform a Mudra, the Ninjutsu button will change into that spell (Example: Raiton.) When you press Raiton, the GCD begins to roll immediately, and the icon paging from Raiton back into Ninjutsu does not affect GCD progress.

However, when you perform the same steps under the Enhanced Kassatsu trait and use one of the enhanced mudras (Example: Hyosho Ranryu,) the GCD IS interrupted by the Hyosho Ranryu paging back into Ninjutsu. This happens 100% of the time in all situatoins and causes the GCD to be effectively longer when you use an Enhanced Kassatsu Ninjutsu.

This rollback appears to be affected by latency, so the higher the ms, the longer the Hyosho Ranryu GCD will progress before reverting back to 0 upon paging into Ninjutsu.

The expected behavior is that the GCD starts to roll when you activate Hyosho Ranryu, then continues to progress after paging into Ninjutsu, instead of resetting back to 0.

Steps:
1. Be a minimum level 76 NIN with the Enhanced Kassatsu trait.
2. Target any mob.
3. Activate Kassatsu, granting access to Hyosho Ranryu and Goka Mekkyaku.
4. Input the Mudra combination for either Hyosho Ranryu or Goka Mekkyaku. (Hyosho Ranryu will be used in this example.)
5. Ninjutsu pages to Hyosho Ranryu as expected.
6. Cast Hyosho Ranryu.
7. Hyosho Ranryu activates and the GCD begins to roll.
8. Hyosho Ranryu reverts back to the Ninjutsu icon as expected, but GCD progress is reset back to 0.

Again, the expected behavior is that GCD progress will not be lost when Hyosho Ranryu pages back into Ninjutsu. This only happens with Enhanced Kassatsu, and not with normal Ninjutsus.
