New Gearset Preview is pretty nice

Genuinely look like something people would wear, when traveling on ships or exploring islands were the temperature is humid or simply living on such a continent. Renaissance inspired, if anything or sailor wear.

For me it's such a contrast against the disappointing cyberpunk slop, clothes of Alexandria / Solution 9, this is actually something my character can actually wear and not feel apart of another game.

The colors are vivid and lively, the hat with the feather is amazing and bunny boy's attire is cool and I genuinely want more of something along that line. The tank / warrior attires clearly has inspirations from the Landsguard; being lighter variations of them; with the same design cues in shoulderpads, boots and gloves.

PLEASE MAKE THESE DYEABLE, USE YOUR NEW DYE SYSTEM!

Yea I think the new gear is awesome. I saw it and was pretty happy with it. It looks really neat. The recent tomestone set and this set are exactly the kind of armor I like in this game.

I agree with your points about it looking landsguard inspired. I truly don't see the connection between these armor sets and conquistadors....Conquistadors had a full breast plate and colorful puffy sleeves. None of these armor sets have a full breastplate or colorful sleeves.

My only two complaints is that the set that is probably for Phys Ranged will be unavailable to Casters. That set would be fantastic on RDM. The other one is I wish the Scouting/Striking one wasn't a V-neck and instead had it buttoned up all the way.

As a Roleplayer, this is the normal looking attires for adventure I'd actually farm but I can understand your critique.

The models are alright but I'm not a fan of the the colours. I guess we'll have to wait until next expansion for the dyeable reskin...

One of the best looking dungeon gears. Especially love the helmets and headpieces.
