    Removing Loading Screens from city states and some ARR zones

    I think it's time. City states didn't have loading screens in 1.0, but we didn't have the hardware back then. Now with PS5 and PC, and soon next gen consoles, I think it's time.

    This was one of the biggest offputting things for me when I first tried XIV. And I think it's still for some new players. They might think the whole world is like that.

    YES. If you have to make permanent instances to balance the load but it sucks so much, especially on limsa and Ulda...
