Allow only level 100 jobs in CC ranked

Also, it would be a great plus if you also add to have played a minimum of 30 CC with the job in unranked to be able to play it in ranked.

Honestly, ranked is not a place for leveling or testing job, but, there is a lot of people who go in with unleveled jobs and just for the experience because the queue time is short.

Just this would increase a lot the quality of the match in CC and the fun.

I'm not sure to see the point of requiring lvl100 since the pvp sets are totally different, and the pvp gameplay as well?
I do agree that seeing people of certain ranks above plat suddenly testing new jobs can anchor a few games though even though they're not literally trying them for the first time, so having an amount of games played with it as a floor could make sense. But in my opinion, they should instead introduced a per job ranking instead of per character. Would solve so many issues, and it would also provide more opportunities for players that do want to do multiple ladder climbs, this with different jobs.

Forcing people to play unranked to ranked is just going to make those ques die faster.

Being level 100 also means nothing when the pvp kit is completely separate from the pve kit

PVP is one of the slowest ways possible to level a job outside the daily FL bonus. Nobody does this.

Respectfully OP, and don't get me wrong, I HAVE levelled through cc (because pve is boring, as the quote said) but even if I hadn't the idea is just kinda booty cheeks with a side of fart-- you'd basically force people into one-tricking which is both boring and extremely bad for the queues. A lot of jobs tend to have player overlap, so you'd end up getting job-capped queues and therefore dead game. Some people 100% SHOULD NOT be trying new jobs in ranked, but doing it for exp isn't really the reason.

Depends on for me if there is a new series. New series means i have an excuse to level a job in pvp then just use the same job over and over
