I think my game is kaputt. After the graphic update, I thought gaphics would look amazing, but somehow it looks like this on my computer. Is it maybe my fault? Is my GPU unable to handle the hiqh quality textures?

I fail to see the issue; that's very good pixel art right there.
Actually I've had some sort of issue, not just the typical gear that's not yet been updated or the still existing chunky pixels on gear but rather, gear that is more pixelated for me despite it being less so for others.
An example is the riversbreath sets, I was pointing out to someone how pixelated the wraps on the legs for healers was compared to the original paglth'an version, and edge so serrated one could saw wood with it, but then I was shown by them that it was not at all that way from their point of view.
Now we play the same gender on the same race with even the same clan, the only difference between us being skin color which I hardly think is the issue, so it must be something on my end.
Would add the pictures as example but i hate dealing with that on forums.
A lot of things have not been updated yet from prior expansions. It's somewhat inconsistent. For example, the weather and grass has been updated, certain zones have been updated, specific characters and their associated gear has been updated, but many have not, so it just varies. They told us this inconsistency would be the case through the patches until they get to the final patch, which I expected anyway.
However, the truth is that this has been happening with some textures in Dawntrail as well. Although the Dawntrail areas look amazing, if you zoom in enough, they look really bad. There's something about this game where if you zoom in or get the camera close enough to look closely, an otherwise high quality look starts to look very bad and pixelated. Some good examples are at Dock Poga, where it's good until you get a close-up.
Despite how amazing Kozama'uka looks, when you see that hedges and to a lesser extent leafs are made of 2D sprites, it completely ruins it. It's a shame that it does, but it's the truth. It might not even need to if the method of placing the sprites was better somehow, such as placing something over the middle so you can't see that they were just sprites as easily.
