geomancer doesn't feel righ at all...!!!

... 3 skill just simple buffing or healing, and 1 skill actuall change when casting but it's base on weather not geology, it's more like weathermancer than geomancer

why not make it put down a circle with various of different effect and change floor tiles visual like like PCT's circle, that buff people when they stand inside the circle, could make it share CD to make sure only 1 circle being out at time

for example: Arcane Ward of aerith in FF7 rebirth that allow whoever stand inside double cast their magic

Because the FF5 version isn't really a buffer like the FFXIV one is.

The FF5 version has Air Steps, Find Pits, and Gaia. Air Steps equals suspend. Find Pits doesn't exist so you just have to test and see what aoes can be suspended over.

And then we have Gaia, it did debuffs and/or damage attacks randomly based on what terrain you are on. The FFXIV version is weather based and instead works as group buffs and a heal. So if we were to have it more like its FF5 version, it would be basically gambling during a critical encounter for better and for worse. So for example, lets take an easy boss like the Trade Tortoise. Its terrain would be Beaches. Therefore the random attacks the Geomancer could've done would be:
    • Tsunami (low water damage)
    • Big Tsunami (medium to high water damage)
    • Waterfall (high water damage)
    • Whirlpool (reduces enemies health to a single digit)
    • Phantom (Kills one enemy. Does not bypass target's immunity to Death but Kills Heavy enemies. Fully heals the undead.)

even if they don't do buffer version, they can just make 1 attack spell and other 3 are terrain spell, whatever we put down and stand inside it will change attack spell, which feel better than a skill just change random when weather change

Well yeah, what your talking about is more akin to FF11 version's where they created areas that facilitated that effect with their geo version of the spells.

Considering each of the existing phantom jobs can be mastered, I personally doubt they are going to add more levels to make the player remaster say geomancer. At best we might be able to create our own geomancer if Freelancer actually does get the capability to use other job's actions. But that is likely a long ways away until around 7.45.

They wanted to hit the vibe of Geomancer constantly changing while accounting for the fact there are only so many Critical Engagements, if it was just based on terrain, you would be put in a situation where Geomancer is a 100% reliable Job without any variance, even if it changed between CEs, specific CEs would always have the same behavior, where as in a full on JRPG, the fact you are constantly moving forward makes it constantly change, and short of having a guide, unpredictable, whether weather(heh) is a good enough replacement is to each their own, but I do think they were aiming for it to still be environment-based while still having that constant variance.
