Data centre travel FROM Oceania (Materia)

Hi there, I have recently returned to the game and i used to play on Mateus on Crystal.

I thought since i'm starting a new expansion (dawntrail) that I'd transfer over to Materia as I'm in Australia to be able to play with little to no ping for once,

The experience was going all good until i got to the final trial for the Dawntrall quest.

I have tried multiple times across different times of the day to find a party for this quest for 3+ hours every time and have yet to get even 5 members.

I am locked out of content because i can't DC hop over to a different Data centre.

I tried to transfer back but apparently i'm stuck here for 90 days?

I'm glad i only subbed for 1 month this time as i would highly regret subbing to be locked standing in a major city waiting for a stupidly long raid queue.

PLEASE open up data centre travel from Materia to help players who are stuck from progressing.
