Please improve Chocobo power scaling

Don't usually have much issue with them keeping me up when in healing stance. The problem only happens when I swap them to healing too late, and they spend 10secs casting buffs on themselves before actually tossing a heal my way.

Maybe I should be less aggressive with the pulling... lol
It's still annoying to have to babysit their stances so much, though. I didn't feed this guy 10 onions and raised him into a killing machine for him to sit and cast Choco Cure every 40 seconds!
