I wanted to write a letter to the Development team, and write a thank you letter to the entire group. I know the FFXIV team has a lot of work ahead of them, but I see their hard work is paying off for me and many players. To the development team, please do not listen to the negativity, focus on making the game as great as you know you will make the game, and the players will support you as best we can. Thank you!

But seriously, he may have been a bit rough in his presentation, but what he says is true.
We're paying to experience a quality game, and a lot of that quality comes from them listening to critique and issues so we don't end up with things like random server transfers and dye based stats.

We can't just shower them with praise, they'll think the game doesn't need improvement and continue to make poor decisions. They need us to be grounded in reality as customers, not fans.

I'm not happy with all changes they do and I'm not wearing the pink "everything is great" goggles.
