Two random things

First, there appears to be a bug with "Pierce" for LNC, where you cannot add it to the Actions bar with a macro. I've tried it multiple times on multiple slots, and it's the only ability that will not show up. It doesn't even give a success or error message in the log. Odd...

Second, the repair NPCs' text needs to be updated to be less confusing. Since crafting facilities are no longer needed for repairs (or were they ever needed?), you might want to change the the line that reads, "I'd like to repair an item" to something like "I'd like to use crafting facilities."
