Geomancer's "Ringing Respite" not working as intended.

    Steps:
    1. Enter Occult Crescent to have a jolly ol' time.
    2. Get several mobs to hit me, expecting Ringing Respite to provide substantial healing to prevent me from dying too quickly.
    3. Use Ringing Respite and realize it has an internal cooldown that prevents it from working as intended.

Pretty much that. This ability reads "Heals self or target player when damage is taken", indicating that, regardless of source, the player should receive a small amount of healing for however many hits they take, with timing being irrelevant.

My assumption that the ability is currently in a broken state comes from two factors:
    1. Mainly, the fact that Battle Bell, an ability that works similarly, applies its effect immediately upon being damaged by any source, be it a physical attack or damage over time.
This ability reads: "Grants a stack of Battle's Clangor upon taking damage, up to a maximum of 8", which, upon testing, works as described. Both abilities having pretty much the same wording leads me to believe they're meant to work this way.
    2. Logically speaking, being healed by such a tiny amount on a condition like "taking damage", unless applied without an internal cooldown, renders this ability completely useless in ANY situation, as it becomes worse than any regen players have access to. Consider that Knight's "Pray", being on a job obtained immediately upon entering South Horn, heals you for the same amount without any conditions attached.

Below, I provide proof of testing.

    Battle Bell: https://youtu.be/ipGntTt7rDE

Notice how, when applied, Ringing Respite only heals me once every 3 seconds, just like how any regen in the game would do. While Battle Bell, on the other hand, follows right after every source of damage.

(This is my first time using a forum in forever, so apologies in advance if somehow I posted in a place I shouldn't AND if this issue was reported anywhere else. Thanks!)
