Steps:
1. Roaming the area on a mount, engaging in FATEs, fighting random monsters in the area, panning camera around, zooming in and out with camera, and generally trying to get the error to replicate.
2. This error is not restricted to this area specifically and has occurred as far back as ARR in areas such as The Black Shroud and Gridania. It has been an ongoing error since I started playing again about a year ago.
3. This error occurrs with intermittent frequency but can be reliably replicated.
4. This error has occurred regardless of the character I am playing as.
5. The error message is: A fatal DirectX error has occurred.(11000002)
6. Reliability Monitor reveals a LiveKernelEvent Code 141 being logged at the time the error occurrs. This has happened every single time the error has occurred.

I have done extensive troubleshooting with regard to resolving this issue. I have attempted to resolve it with Intel in the past and they were able to replicate the issue, here is the thread at Intel: https://community.intel.com/t5/Intel...1684755#M23896
