Can we please use our brains square and make it so that more FATES spawn at the same time? Every time we get to one ( WITH THE RIDING MAP PURCHSASED) the damn fate boss is dead. WE NEED AT LEAST 3 UP. Makes it impossible to farm the atma.

Im farming DT fates zone at this point and I do have patience and not in a rush. Need one more of each anyways and ill probably go back to OC and level up my Knowledge and phantom job after.
I am convinced they messed up player scaling on normal purple fates. On some of the busiest instances the fate bosses seem to have the lowest health (even small groups kill them in seconds). And the one time I got in a very underpopulated instance, the fate bosses had way more health.
The blue fates and CE's seem to scale normal with the number of players.

I agree, it almost seems like the way boss health is calculated got reversed somehow - I was camping out at a fate, waiting for a CE to finish before I pulled it, and before the pull the boss had about 3.1m... CE flood arrives, boss gets pulled, and its HP went down to 2.7m HP.... meanwhile I've been at fates that took over 10 minutes to complete because there were only 4-5 of us smacking around a boss with over 45m HP...I am convinced they messed up player scaling on normal purple fates. I don't understand why they don't simply make the health scale to the number of players in the entire instance, rather than "however many players are in this arbitrary radius around the fate".
Exactly its awful. What the hell is the point in a 72 man instance if a small group of 10 players can delete a fate boss in under a minute? You would think common sense would tell them to at least have more than 1 fate spawn at a time. Did they not learn anything from zadnor?
you think that if they lasted more then 1 minutes to kill ppl would bother doing them ? for 80 fantom job exp and 30 silver coin only ?Exactly its awful. Yes, because they can still drop atmas, and might be the only activity going on. For exp its still faster than random mobs unless you find a specific party to grind.
Occult Crescent should work more like Eureka than Bozja when it comes to FATES and CEs.
There should be 2-3 FATES up at the same time alongside the magic pot FATE.
A number of CEs can spawn randomly but most should be spawned by killing mobs to encourage players to go around instead of just returning after every FATE/CE and sitting at an aetheryte over and over. Some CEs could also be spawned by doing specific FATEs, like in Bozja.

Because of how the area is set up only 1 CE and three fates give the vertigris demiatma on drop. Those fates always get bumrushed the moment they are up.
I did this too, but what really bums me with DT fates is the slow spawn. I spent a lot of time there just floating in the air and waiting. Terrible.
