Demiatma drop rates are unacceptable

I currently have five types of demiatma in my inventory, and I'm only missing a couple from having the required amount of those. However, I haven't yet seen a single drop of Opriment.

IIRC, the only CE that can spawn in the area needs to be manually spawned by killing the mobs in the area, so, between CEs, you can just take a detour and start killing them to (hopefully) make it spawn.

The fact the CEs are such a lopsided spawn in OC doesn't help in making the grind seem reasonable and it is something that needed a system to help reduce the reliance on RNG, which seems to be people's biggest gripe.
