Demiatma drop rates are unacceptable

Reminder that Atma in ARR had a flat 2% drop rate per fate, you had no flying and you had to have a relic equipped for it to drop, so no leveling alts, by comparison, this is extremely generous. Why didn't I think of that. Because something else was worse makes this instantly okay!

I thought the Timeworn Artifacts grind in Shadowbringers was horrible, but this new relic grind has me blocked on step one. At least for me, it actually puts Timeworns to shame. I've done hundreds of FATEs in various DT zones with my FC and I have absolutely no demi-materias to show for all the sweat and effort. I can't handle this horribly low drop rate. Everyone else has several. I haven't been graced with a single one.


If they want to turn a forever subber who's put up with everything they've thrown at me into a hater, this is really doing it. I even defend Dawntrail because it's a good expansion, better than a lot of people give it credit for. I'd say it's around ARR or Stormblood from my point of view. The only thing Square has done that's made me think I might actually quit is this awful grind.
