Demiatma drop rates are unacceptable

You seem to have gotten lucky. I'm not level 20 yet... and yes, I have gotten a few from CE's. the problem is they're all the same fucking color. The whole point of doing the fates outside of CE is to target the colors you need. Riddle me this, if we only need 3 of each color, and we only need to do it once, why is it even possible to get more than 3 of a color we don't need? It's shit design made to waste the players time, plain and simple. The first night I ran OC doing CE's for 4 hours and I got one demi....ONE. so yeah, maybe I'm unlucky, but I know I'm not the only one as this isn't the only thread on the forums like this. Saying "Well I got mine easy enough" Isn't enough to say that the drops rates are "Fine". That's like saying "I've never been mugged so crime isn't a problem"

that's where I said we should be able to trade the one we don't need for a other color and have a vendor that can buy them but for high gold or silver piece

been farming demiatma sence update and i have collected 15 so far just need 3 more for first stage weapon and got a lot of silver in the process and leveled up one phatom job to mastered working on chemist now.

I have the impression that the drop rate is reduced with every piece you get of the same color. I started grinding in one of the Dawntrail areas and got 2 pieces in less than 1h, sure got lucky. I'm now in the 4th day trying to get the 3rd piece and nothing, I'm giving up.
Also I've been leveling doing CEs, I'm lvl 12 now and got 2 pieces so far.

Indeed RNG content progression is just bad and lazy design. Relic progression from Bozja was good IMO even though it was a bit easy. I've read somewhere that Yoshi-P acknowledged that it was to easy and would make it more challenging for the next relic but really, is low rate RNG your concept of challenging? give me a break.

It's pretty rough. There were multiple times I reached max shared fate farming for 2 zones before I saw ONE. Rng can suck.

But as something we have to only do once I think its okay.

Even with the grind I hope the next steps aren't just - turn in tomes and boom.

Today, I got in a party with someone that got its first one after reaching lvl 20. That's it with rng farm, everyone get it different. Very different sometimes. You seem to have been very lucky. But generalizing from your experience is a bad idea.

No they are not fine, you'r an exception, I get less than the half required will having lvl 20 and 5 mastered phantom jobs

Since you're only doing this once, I think it's in fact a little high of a drop rate.
