A bug is obstructing me from completing Occult Crescent

First time using the forums to complain about something, so sorry if this sucks.

I've been playing Occult Crescent and really enjoying the feel of the zone -- it's fun and enjoyable and pretty ideal for me. What isn't ideal is the fact that a pretty major bug is preventing me from progressing the story -- a bug that I have reported to GMs TWICE.

According to guides, I need Occult Note #19 to progress onto the quest where you have to spawn that CE, which would then let me do the raid. The issue is, I've claimed that note and yet the game has somehow not registered it in my log? I'm assuming it's some kind of flagging issue.

As bug, this sounds far fetched and crazy, so I'm just going to attach a video here so you all don't think I'm going nuts or missing on something. here

If it is of any help to anyone who actually understands how this game works -- I am playing White Mage, with Phantom Time Mage as my subclass at level 4. My current knowledge rank is 13.

The fact that I haven't received a response from the GMs worries me, I am hoping it is just that they are already aware of this bug and working on a hotfix, but I wanted to let people know that this can happen in case it has affected other people!

I'm also just genuinely very disappointed because this content was my most anticipated part of 7.2, and now I am begrudgingly playing other games when I actually want to be here. Please fix this in a hotfix or something, this is mainly just to see if I can find other people who have experienced this because I've already submitted in game reports.

I’d have to double-check but I think the survey point was actually on the grassy area below where you’re at in the video?

If you’re looking at the map it’s kinda aligned with the southwest pillar/turret/whatever. But if that’s not showing up for you that’s definitely a bug.

You are correct, the survey point can be seen from the tower but it's not on it.

Some of the explore notes are indeed right next to each other, relatively speaking on the map.
