The thing is when there's multiple options in a menu when speaking to an NPC (in "what would you like to say?"/"what would you like to do?" type things) the options tend to be sentences, which is the case here; your character is either journeying to the south horn, asking for more information, reviewing their own knowledge (opening the help menu), or reviewing their phantom jobs (opening the phantom job menu).

Honestly if anything, I'd say it's weird that the leaving menu depicts the duty as "the Occult Crescent: South Horn", since when leaving non-exploratory missions/field operations/adventuring forays duties the question is rendered in sentence case (e.g. "Leave duty?").

Regardless, I guess depending on which current of English language rules you follow, you might capitalise the first word after a colon, but I don't think that's the standard. From what I understand, American English can capitalise after the colon but does not tend to, while British and Commonwealth English does not do that, as a rule, unless it's a proper noun. Would you it look better/more appropriate if it it were written "Journey to the Occult Crescent's south horn." or "Journey to the Occult Crescent: South horn."?
