Alrighty so I decided to just wait until I finished the grind to post mine.
I got pretty lucky I'd say in that I got 3 of each except Azurite that I got 7 of. Got them all in OC.

I did 93 CE's and 162 Fates.
So both combined I got an average of 8.6% drop chance.

I did however get the majority of my atmas from CE's so the CE drop rate for me would be higher. Fate percentage is likely very low.
