So in order to avoid the alleged oppression of your own community, you want to oppress a different community.

That honestly doesnt sound very healthy to me.

I didn't even say that but you sure do love assuming.

My take is that Democracy is usually better then alternative of no one having a voice in a dictatorship, democracy is usually a good thing but it's not fool proof it's proven to be unreliable at always delivering positive.

The problem is that a lot of the population (a majority of them) have no investment in my rights or anyone elses who maybe LGBT, so the fact that we have so much misinformation and harmful opinions spreading, more so then ever that can lead to rights being taken away (and has done), yes I'd be against people voting upon basic things such as loving someone of the same gender or expressing yourself.

Is it oppression to be against peoples rights to vote against peoples freedoms? would it be correct to discriminate on people based on race, gender, orientation because 51% of the population agrees with that? I don't think that's "oppression" personally but I don't think you even know what oppression is you probably assume seeing a man in a pink cute outfit oppresses you, so I don't really think you understand half the things you talk about, you just want to seem cool and edgy most likely.
