



More than anything else, I personally think they’re doing this because it’s cheaper to make 1 set than to make 2-3 set. After all, ‘cutting corner’ is the endgame for these devs. Additionally, I can’t believe there are people wanting less… for whatever reason that is.This absolutely 100%, I've seen game devs respond to requests for requests for no gender locking by making every available outfit unisex(see: Pokemon, spectacular customization options in Sword & Shield, then everyone is wearing the exact same bland uniform in Scarlet & Violet, so much so that I consider SwSh vastly superior games to ScaVio because of that alone), it was already very frustrating to get a single unisex outfit for this year's Little Lady's event, when previously we gotten nice dual sets that even if they were initially gender locked, they were unlocked later, I'd hate to see that be the norm and never get another nice dress again.
