    Season Fourteen Rising Conflict Framer's Kit Not Received

    I have tried placing top 300 for the Rising Conflict Framer's Kit this last season and the site says I placed at 251, but when checking the NPC for ranking rewards (on day 1), there was none.

    Does anyone know if the reward drops on a delay, or did I misunderstand how the reward is earned? I thought the ranking on this website determines the rewards:

    Tier rewards and ranking rewards are separate things. You'll need to wait for SE to mail you the certificate for your RANKING placement, so feel free to claim your tier reward, be patient, and enjoy the new content.

    I got the mail Still on the first day. There was just a slight delay in them sending it out.
