Agreed. LBs can turn a match around. It would be nice to be able to toggle specific effects to be able to guard against them. In high ranked matches such as Crystalline Conflict, this is really important.

If we can separate LB effects + also Sound Effects it would be really helpful. While I also enjoy having flashy skills could also look into cutting back on the luminosity for future skills starcross comes to mind visual flash bang as an example.
I appreciate all of the support! Hopefully we see SE implement it soon... *prays*

In agreeance with the OP, having all the affects can be a bit overwhelming for players such as myself. It's easy to get lost on what's happening in game, so I run on limited effects. Please make all game changing limit breaks visible to enhance our gameplay experience.

This would do wonders! As someone who's PC struggles with graphics till I can upgrade I would really benefit from this
I can definitely say that not having effects visible is gutting in the PvP mode. I either have to play with full animations- which I'd literally never do in raid- or have them off and guess and check when things are going off. For LBs like Dragoon or Machinist that's embarrassingly lethal oversight.
I agree with op, this benefits everyone, people playing on the team of someone with a less beefy computter, or lag problems etc. FPS drops, some people choose lower settings to play the game, and in those cases, its actually so limiting, and probably makes some people not able to tell whats going on.
Only requires a toned down version for a lot of effects, sure its a bit more space but i think that should be fine. How much could it be? It's a little bit of dev time for a HUGE benefit.
This is absolutely needs to be a change, i'd love to see specific spell effects without having to deal with all the effects that already occur.
