Game crashes every time I try to load into Mare Lamentorum

I started the new quest "A Cosmic Homecoming" and when I tried to teleport to Mare Lamentorum, the game crashed. I received this message: "An unexpected error has occurred. Exiting FINAL FANTASY XIV.(17)"

I started FFXIV again, picked the same character, and after I was finished waiting in the queue, the game looked like it was loading me into Mare Lamentorum (based on the loading screen) and then after a few seconds, FFXIV crashes again; I get the same error message. I reload three more times and it's the same exact thing.

I can play the game with my two other characters with absolutely no issue. I cannot play the game with my main one because she cannot apparently load into Mare Lamentorum. What should I do?

Are you running any addition programs alongside Final Fantasy XIV?

Does this crash occur on more than one character?

When the crash happens, is the PC over heating at all?

Were any update or changes made to the PC at the time of the crash?

Does this crash occur if the game is run in full screen mode? Does it happen in borderless or windowed mode? Could you provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.
