Nope, you missed nothing of substance---but the OP's comment sure brought out the FFXIV-haters/WoW-lovers. *shrug*

As to demo resuming in NA, yeah: I get it that they ended it for one disaster, only to have another one kick off and back to demo we go. I admire that they turn off demo for big disasters... but IMO they leave it turned off for way too long. Between the two disasters it's been what, almost a full YEAR? Like, 2-3 months ought to be enough time to allow players for disaster recovery, IMO. Six months per disaster is TOO long.
