Role actions or new version of cross class actions but not really.

Allow me to explain before you screech.

This is a address to the lvl sync system and job
advertisement. Ive notice with alot of friends that would play this game but don't think the game is interesting at the beginning. So not its a slog or they bow out before it gets good. I keep saying hang in there it gets good. I began to wonder why they did have the same pull as I did when I started. I remember that when I started the person who brought me in showed me what I can do in the future when I finished the MSQ.

Now the introduction is over..
My idea good or bad is to allow player that have to syn to something able to pick and choose a select few abilities like a role action.
Of course there can be constraints like what ability or how far in lvl that ability can be relative to the sync duty. Though its not a perfect solution, I can make bothering to do lower lvl stuff more tolerable for those who don't like to as well as show new payer what their jobs really gonna be able to do.

Should ffiv add voice chat?

Not much to say just that, but this is a bit deeper then just make a discord
Though this may have popped up once before I don't remember.

Should FFXIV add boja engagements to the open world?
This is kinda haft baked but I want to talk about this for open world sake.
Instead of putting it in a zone maybe outside. Or just critical engagements hunts Idk but I do know that the open world needs to be saved and I'm just spitballing

Role actions in PvP are working well and their analogs in Bozja were excellent IMO.
