That's disheartening. Being punished for experimentation is such a god-awful game design. You already have death penalties as it is. Who's ever at SquareEnix that misses FFXI so much should go play that instead of designing shit like this. At least from the sounds of it, you can't delevel so there's solace in being knowledge level capped, but still.

Should your knowledge fall below zero, your knowledge level will also decrease.

well you need to be lv 80 to unlock bozja but you can change job that are over lv71 in there, I dont see why not in occult...

Because Deep Dungeon in 7.3 will inevitably have the leveling aspect and they don't want to kill it off before the content even releases. Bozja only let you level because Shadowbringers didn't have a Deep Dungeon equivalent.

given how ass orthos was for leveling, they'll have no trouble killing this expac's deep dungeon with their own incompetence anyway

I have one question. Is there a mechanic I didn't get yet (like you only drop atmas if the you're above the lvl of the CE), or did they once again make the relic easier to farm outside of the new content? You can farm a dozen of EW Fates in the same time one CE pops, yet the CE has the lower drop rate. I'm all for the alternative method to get the items, but once again the people farming the content are punished to play the new content. This is plain stupid

It just seems like a grind that doesn't respect my time and we are going back to painfully grindy relics like Heavensward, so I am OUT.

Same. I was pretty excited about it but when I saw that, I just went back to bard until ranger dropped :/ They should have done something where you can find the potions, or you have to get certain ones off specific mob types? I don't know. But just outright buying them seems like a weird choice.

I'm disappointed there's no potion throwing animation. You just do the normal "use item" animation. :|

Kinda wish the rez was tied to a different phantom job personally
