Unable to change free company name after GM temporary change

Today I was contacted by a GM regarding my Free Company tag, which was deemed inappropriate. During the conversation, I mentioned I wasn’t sure what to change it to at that moment. The GM offered to temporarily change it to “temp” and told me I could update it to a new tag at a later time. However, when I attempted to change the tag myself afterward, I received a message stating that I must wait 30 days before making another change. I believe this cooldown was unintentionally applied, as the GM indicated I would be able to update it again once I had a new tag in mind.

Can I get some help resetting the cooldown?

Based on your information, this concern can only be handled a Game Master in-game. You may contact a Game Master using the /supportdesk command for further assistance and referring to the ticket number you originally created for the issue. Note that the Game Master support team may be experiencing high contact volume and will handle contacts in the order they are received.
