omg 100% agree with this. Shatter can have some really fun moments. I know they are few, but I have had some decently violent matches. Secure is just a slog, especially the running from one side to the other with no fighting. At least remove secure from the rotation. Shatter can sometimes be okay when we can convince people to go for pinches at enemy ice. But secure is always complete garbage. Nothing says fun like running to an enemy base just to run back to our base and then take the teleport pad to middle on the way to the other team's base without fighting anyone! God forbid we have PVP in the PVP mode for a full 24 hours! Who the hell approved this map? Frontlines was so much better in 7.1 when I only had to deal with shatter being trash every 3 days and not getting a trash map every other day.
Hey Devs, Shatter is still trash. Delete it.
Thank you.
The solution is easy, you can see whenever whatever Frontline Map is up, just don't queue, I prefer the diversity and I would not mind more variants of each map, so like 3 of each type.
dev's please add 8 man premades back into frontlines
Rather Like Shatter but the RNG is Aids
I hate the new one there's too much going on and people really cheese the heights
Shatter has some real issues with the map layout. The side big ices are far too safe (largely because anyone trying to come in the front will have to first fight the other team trying to do the same or will get pinched and killed by them). Add ramps to the other adjacent spawn to them like the old map had.
It's also kind of silly how effectively a team can just decide they want to play deathmatch instead, because if they're waiting on the cliffs it's impossible to attack them - they have complete control of whether or when a fight starts, and the map is small enough that it's hard to effectively back away in the center area (without running into the other team).
