how do Levequest item rewards cycle?

I dont know if anyone has hard stats on this, but it seems like the rewards are rerolled every time the leves are generated. So you could, theoretically, do one leve and turn it in to get them to refresh the list. I have a Uraeus Skin Coat i made myself ages ago, personally i went with the chest method. You dont have to complete the dungeon, just clear that chest. I was strong enough to go in and solo at least as far as the chest i needed, and if i didnt get what i wanted i could exit and reload the instance to try again. It worked for me, but questing for the item is valid too. Good luck!
