how do Levequest item rewards cycle?

At the moment, i'm browsing around options for finding uraeus skin to craft some nice cosmetic equipment. I've found that it drops rarely in one particular chest in the Wanderer's Palace, but also that many level 40-45 leathercrafting leves have a chance of giving it as a reward.

My question is, if i *were* to go the route of levequests, when do the item rewards of the quests change? does each quest roll a new item reward every time it's completed, at a certain time each day, or what? and what would the best method be for trying to find a levequest that gives the reward i'm after?

I dont know if anyone has hard stats on this, but it seems like the rewards are rerolled every time the leves are generated. So you could, theoretically, do one leve and turn it in to get them to refresh the list. I have a Uraeus Skin Coat i made myself ages ago, personally i went with the chest method. You dont have to complete the dungeon, just clear that chest. I was strong enough to go in and solo at least as far as the chest i needed, and if i didnt get what i wanted i could exit and reload the instance to try again. It worked for me, but questing for the item is valid too. Good luck!

Huh, would you believe, i completely forgot you can do dungeons solo
