Which guild is this?

I was just wondering if anyone (devs lol) knew what guild this little sign above me is for, or rather if it's actually been in this game since release. It's in the Falcon's Nest hamlet. In all my time of playing this game I've never seen it.

Just like Musketeer and Arcanists have guilds but are not implemented, this is the guild symbol for a 4th DoL class supposedly called 'Shepherd'. Apart from a couple of old dat mined information about skills, there is not much known about it. I think it was supposed to be a means of non-combat classes being able to farm skins and ather animal products (leatherworker is the only crafting class whose main craft can not be supplied by BOT, MIN or FSH)

Also it is probably linked to Ishgard. All the other 3 DoL are stationed in the other 3 contries. Ishgard is known for their chocobo breeding, so the Sheperd DoL would make sense. However, since Ishgard has never opened up, and potentially never will if Dalamud goes boom and destorys it, who knows if it will ever be implemented
