Auto Demolition on EU and NA

If anything they should remove the demolitiontimer completely or at least up the timer to 3 Months for L, 4,5 Months for M and 6 Months for S.
There are plenty of servers with lots of free plots, some are even in M and L-Size. If you really want one you can transfer at any time: Depending on the Server the tranfer can even be free. A transfer to a world on your DC doesnt stop you from playing with your friends. World-hopping and the Crossworld Partyfinder exists for a reason.

Or you can just check your house if you don't want it to be demolished if you are so attach to your house .why should I have to pay for your transfer world fees .L take dude .

It's very likely that you are playing on a congested world if you struggle to get your hands on a house. The transfer from a congested to a preferred or new world is always free.
If thats not the case you should probably lower your expectations. You cant expect to get your dreamplot on a world that exists since 2013.

You cant get any plot at all on NA right now aside from Dynamis which is not an option for a big majority of people, you cant get any plot size at all because plots on Balmung or Mateus for example have over 100 to 200 (or more) bids on them for a SMALL, this isnt about picky, this is about no houses being available, same goes for a lot of other crystal worlds and aether/primal

No offense but people from EU coming in this thread telling people "yeah there's houses you guys are just difficult", please do your research, EU has open plots all over in both personal and FC new worlds or old, NA is not the same, there are 0 plots open on certain worlds and 1-2 on some, EU is not NA.

The person I am quoting for example has 55 plots open on their server as of right now (45 with 0 bids) so obviously they're not going to see any issue with it, the situation is different on NA.

Multiple pages are looking like this with even Limsa having multiple pages with at least 3+ private plots.



Edit: The Server im on has 28 free plots with 26 being in Ishgard and only 1 in Limsa and LB. All small. Meanwhile your server has at least 100 if not more free plots. I didnt bother counting since i cant enter Ishgard and Kugane on a lvl 50 character anyway.
Lich is one of the least if not the least popular World on my DC. The situtation on worlds like Odin,Shiva or Phoenix is much worse.

People waiting on a house can't get one = They unsub
People who have a house see no reason to log in = They unsub

This is not good, and demolition needs to be turned back on immediately. The only people against this are just a small loud defensive few who have houses that frankly, they don't even use, and don't need, since they're not even logging in anyway. I say this as someone with a Medium house that I go into daily. Repossess those abandoned houses, and let new people have them for a change! Tyty!

I'd argue that trying to strongarm people into paying virtual rent while quality and quantity of content are both in the gutter is unfair. Housing demolition should remain off until things improve IMO.

Because I paid for it.

I want to play the game. Unfortunately, the game isn't worth playing at the minute. Make the game worth playing again and I'll happily return and continue paying virtual rent for my in-game house.

Why hold a multi-million dollar corperation responsible for it's product when you can blame the customers for the product they have payed for.
