not enjoying the game because dynamis is dead

Basically title, also almost everyone I met so far is so rude in this game since I started in 2019

. I have no friends on dynamis and have to go to aether or crystal to do almost anything just to play with more passive aggressive people. Like just be rude to my face please.
Why should I have to spend money to solve a problem yoshi created?

Being alone on Dynamis hasn't been great for me either, but I feel like I'd be in the same situation of feeling isolated and sucking at the game even if I was on a different data center.

The game keeps getting harder but I'm not getting better. Stormblood had me dying in nearly every dungeon, trial, raid, and even the MSQ to the point I stopped doing roulettes because I didn't want to bog down anyone else's run, and I just can't find the motivation to do Shadowbringers either because it's only going to go further uphill from here. (Not that I'm terribly interested in being on the First anyway or dealing with the Crystal Exarch's rubbish.)

Even PVP finally skilled me out with the introduction of Role Actions because I can't account for every possible one and get bodied by anything that isn't Comet (because that at least has a tell), and my own success with Role Actions has been so bad I just stopped using them because they're just not making any difference in my hands.

Lol, and now I can't even finish my Stormblood sightseeing log because some "exceptional individual" decided I needed to do a bunch of hardcore jumping puzzles. I swear, the further I get in this game, the less there is to do in it. (There's even a permanent quest marker out in the Ruby Sea because I doubt I'll ever make it to floor 50 of Palace of the Dead.)

It's really strange that they kicked you from a map party, but I've never experienced that myself ever. The fact they even posted coordinates for you would suggest they didn't have a problem with you, but maybe they had others they wanted to invite suddenly (such as FC members) or maybe they'd opened the map too early.

That doesn't really relate to Dynamis though.

Dynamis will stay dead, the only solution is to transfer, the game isnt growing anymore and hasnt been for a long time, some people come back for patches and leave less than a month in, the cycle just repeats but there arent that many new players and a lot are not interested in a dead DC.

They should either accommodate these servers in other existing ones or just close them altogether and giving free transfers to existing dynamis residents .

it's dynamis it's dead and will never fill even with the Xbox player showing up it barely help I moved out once transfer were possible. Because after a month in DT I knew all que would get horrible fast and I was right! I don't think it's question of how rude people are I just think you were filling a role until other showed up still should have said tho but ya try moving to a other server might help

Make Dynamis the Materia / Oceania of NA.
This would probably fix everything - It would allow EU players to play with NA players on their main accounts (or even international players from Elemental who wanted to play with an English speaking population).

Would it really though? I don't know how many people travel to play on Materia as-is, but I know in my case the latency was so bad I only tried visiting once and never went back.

Admittedly EU is closer to NA than NA is to OCE, but then there's people on the east coast of NA that have latency issues just from being across the country, never mind the ocean.

Your far from alone. Just the people who agree with you have left. At least you left before you became passive aggressive by default unlike me. I've become not so much passive aggressive, but just passive. I just... can't... be... bothered. I'll leave if I viscerally just can't handle another unbalanced LoA. I'll just silently lurch my way through, if I get another guildhest with no sprouts in my mentor - all for tomes that are pointless - because it takes so long to accumulate enough to gear my alt job that the high end content will be over, and stretching out my opportunities to prog EX4 without a clear means I'm just bored and don't care.

In fact I'm going to finally say it for myself for the first time.
You should leave.
But not because it's 'not for you'.
It's just because it's become an unfun game.
Yes there is a subculture that has created their own meta-game outside the game, (QoL add-ons, guides, parsing, RP-addon-social, savage-social) and they enjoy that. But if we are taking the game itself, unfun. For you it's a dead DC. (Not the only hobbled DC), but there are a myriad of other issues you could bump into that take away from the fun. And CB3 already has a plan to change nothing too much really.
Let's face it there are infinite opportunities to create fun with the limitless creativity developing software allows. So it's not just a dead DC you are leaving for.

Have you not found an fc or fellowship or static? I'd start there. I always see recruitment for fcs. Also it seems people from other servers use dynamis as a venue. So there are a lot of opportunities to be social and make friends who will run the game with you.
