We understand the frustration this matter may cause. Based on your information, however this concern may best be handled by a Game Master in-game. Generally when you log in and find yourself in Mordion Gaol, this means that the Game Masters have something they need to discuss with you. Please remain logged in on the associated character until they contact you.

If you are logged in and have not received contact for a prolonged amount of time, you may contact a Game Master using the ‘/supportdesk’ command for further assistance. Please note that the Game Master support team may be experiencing high contact volume and will handle contacts in the order they are received.
